p.s. this is a sub blog, so unfortunately I can’t follow you guys back :(

BUT, I do check out everyone’s blog that follows me here and if I enjoy it I will follow you with my main blog (which i’m not quite ready to post here publicly yet, I like to keep my blogs separate for now) :D

DEFINITELY on my bucket list :)
it’s all about being comfortable with yourself, not trying to mold yourself into a certain shape or size!

This site’s main purpose is to help you put together a diet with your desired micronutrient proportions. Controlling your macro nutrient breakdown is the basis of several diets (including the Atkins and Zone diets), and is well grounded in nutrition science. If you’ve ever tried to do make a custom diet plan by hand, you know that it’s a pain in the ass. Swole.me is a diet planner that will generate a diet plan based on your desired caloric intake. The generator works for every kind of diet, including weight loss, bodybuilding, p90x, and paleo.

this looks really helpful for people like me who have a hard time making decisions/don’t really know where to start sometimes! definitely going to give it a try after my next trip to the grocery store :D

I seem to have fallen off the wagon again when it comes to health/fitness

I started off my summer eating DRASTICALLY better than I had been during the last few weeks of my semester (mostly due to stress), and I also started the 30 Day Shred!

However, after day 14 I ended up skipping a couple days and then didn’t get back into it :/ Any changes I was starting to see have probably vanished by now…I do think my arms have gotten stronger though so at least there’s a little progress.

I also just got a job that will require me to be outside and energetic all day, so hopefully that helps!! I start in 9 days and can’t wait.

What I really need now is a trip to the grocery store for some delicious yet healthy food and some motivation to get up off my ass and work out.

The only problem is I don’t have a gym membership and its difficult for me to work out at home without someone coming in and interrupting since I don’t exactly have a bedroom or room to myself. I’m pretty self-conscious when it comes to my family watching me do pretty much ANYTHING so I feel extremely vulnerable when working out at home…maybe it’s time to clean up the old bike!

Well, there’s my update for now, and I hope to be posting on this much more often and to have a fantastic looking “after” picture by the end of the summer :D
