so I went to the grocery store the other day with my mom & we bought this HUGE thing of blueberries, and theyre already almost gone! these things are addicting!!
This is my self esteem & body progress/journey to a healthy lifestyle blog.
I believe that to really be able to change yourself for the better, you have to learn to accept yourself as you are first. I'm currently working on that, and trying to change my bad habits.
I currently have a love-hate relationship with food and I tend to put myself down a lot. I hope this blog will help me to deal with these issues, and I also hope it might inspire anyone else who is on a journey to self acceptance :)
